UK to human test COVID 19 vaccine.

State Health Secretary Matt Hancock in the United Kingdom announced during  a press conference that human tests of the vaccine developed by the University of Oxford would begin on Thursday. 10 billion shs for MPs halted

The civil division of the High Court in Kampala has ordered parliament to halt the distribution of shs10 billion that was supposed to be given to MPs to help fight the deadly coronavirus.
